INVITATION FOR OPEN TENDER

Dedan Kimathi University of Technology Staff Retirements Benefits Scheme (DeKUTSRBS) invites qualified and interested firms to bid for the following Open Tender:

Detailed Bid documents and requirements for eligibility may be viewed and download the documents at no cost from the university’s website www.dkut.ac.ke and additionally on www.tenders.go.ke those  who  download  the  documents  must forward their particulars immediately for recording and any further clarifications and addenda to procurement@dkut.ac.ke and additionaly to  pensions.scheme@dkut.ac.ke .

Bidder’s shall submit an original and a copy of tender documents clearly marked “Original” or “Copy” and packaged together. Sealed and duly completed tender documents in plain envelopes indicating the Tender Number and without identifying the sender must be addressed to:

And be deposited in the Tender Box provided at the entrance to the Resource Center II so as to be received on or before Friday 19th January, 2024 at 10:00am East African Time. Tender documents shall be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the 2^nd Floor Lenana Boardroom.
